Applestone supplies registered Nurses (RGN, RMN), Health Care Assistants, Support Workers, Project Workers and Domestic workers. We maintain an extensive database of temporary, permanent and contract competent health & social care professionals who are readily available to fulfil our clients’ staffing needs.
Our clients include: Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Dementia Care, Supported Living, Rehabilitation centres, Prisons and Special Schools.
Our staff are experienced and adequately trained. We work towards ensuring that HCAs acquire a minimum of NVQ 2 and nurses are trained to a minimum Diploma level in addition to mandatory training in:
- Manual Handling
- Health and Safety
- Medication
- Food hygiene
- Basic First Aid
- SOVA
- Fire awareness

Accompanied Trips
On a day to day basis many clients would need to go out for either hospital appointments, family visits or even recreational purposes. We are ready to offer our clients with our own transport to accompany them to their various activities.
Personal Care & Domestic Care
We do support all our clients with getting up in the morning whether they require one or two care staff and all our carers have gone through MANDATORY TRAINING
We can assist with bathing, showers, strip wash, bed bath and oral hygiene. We can do it all or just the areas you find hard to reach yourself. We also assist with dressing and personal grooming needs.
